Back to Netball

 

 

Do you have an hour free on a Friday morning and fancy a bit of exercise?  We have a Back to Netball group that meets in our school playground, every Friday during term time from 9.15am for an hour.  Open to all women aged 16 and over, whether linked to our school or not.  No previous experience or ability at playing netball is required – most of us had only played a bit back in our school days – and certainly no minimum level of fitness needed!  We have a coach from England Netball, and learn some basics, play a game and have a lot of fun.  Fancy giving it a try?  The first week is free, so just come along on Friday – we will be around in the junior playground straight after drop-off.  Subsequent weeks are just £3 per week.  Bring a friend with you, or come on your own – all very welcome.
