Head's Letter of Welcome

Dear Parents/ Carers,

Welcome to Hertford Heath School.

If you are considering our school, we would invite you to browse our website and contact us to arrange a visit, so you can see for yourself the safe, stimulating, happy and nurturing environment we have created, in the heart of this village community.

In line with the school’s mission, ‘Caring for all. Learning for life’, we believe in the development of the whole child and intend to equip them with the relevant skillset to become effective, lifelong learners, with high emotional intelligence.

A strong focus on the development of dispositions such as resilience, resourcefulness and reflectiveness in children leads to a school focused on progress with confident individuals and successful learners. An inclusive curriculum that supports all learners is paramount in our view.

We fully endorse and encourage parental support and see this as a necessary component to the children reaching their full potential.
